Whilst we are a friendly and relaxed establishment, we of course have a few house rules and some terms and conditions which we must kindly ask our guests to accept. Here's the small print..

Check-in/Check-out Times
Rooms are available from 3pm
Check-out time is 12 noon
An over-stay charge of 50% of the nightly room-rate will be levied if the room is not vacated by the stated check-out time.

Deposits
Due to our limited number of rooms a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel for any reason we ask for 72hrs notice, if less than 72hrs is given then you agree to forfeit your deposit. If less than 24hrs, or a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be payble in the event that the room remains unsold.

Minimum Stay
We have a minimum stay policy of 2 nights at weekends during the peak season. At all other times the mimimum is one night.

Payments
We regret that we are currently unable to accept credit or debit cards, We accept cash and cheques (made payable to "S Love").

Children
Families with children of all ages are welcome at The Yew Tree. We do however respectfully ask parents to ensure that children are supervised so as not to disturb the other guests.

Pets
With regret, we cannot accommodate pets except for guide dogs

Parking
There is good street parking in the lane adjacent to our property. No off-street parking is provided. Whilst this is an extremely safe and quiet area, owners park at their own risk and are responsible for their own vehicle and belongings.

Smoking
We are a non-smoking establishment.

Acceptance
Your booking with The Yew Tree consitutes your understanding and acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
